Pros

A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management. Desire from leaders to do things the "right way"A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management. Desire from leaders to do things the "right way" Fantastic community spirit amongst teams. Willingness to invest in technology to make staff life easier (Gsuite/zoom/slack - well before their time)

Cons

The scale of the business sometimes impacts speed of delivery and agility. Recent salary reviews haven't kept pace with industry inflation. Over burdened middle tier managers spend more time firefighting than strategising
