A lot of vacation time, opportunity to grow and build a career, decent pay and decent bonus structure for those that want to work hard
Cons
Since Ted Rogers passed away everything, the company is too big if you get a team that works hard then it is a great place to work and if you get stuck with the wrong people it is a horrible place to work
