You would work here if you like to be busy and don't mind the restaurant industry. Food discounts and free uniforms are a plus.
Cons
Lack of training. No real support from upper management. Being handed unrealistic goals and not being given the tools to achieve them. Poor work culture and rampant favoritism. Being forced to rely on foreign workers who can be pulled without notice. No real understanding of the Canadian market. No recognition. Poor pay as a salaried worker. Always expected to work 10+ hours over what you actually work.
