Pros
Good benefits at a higher level from Assistant Manager upwards, Well supported through training programs but only if come from external source of recruitment and going into management. Lovely, lovely people work here and great to meet lots of new people from all different walks of life.
Cons
The abuse we get from customers is horrendous at times, the hours are not very great for work/life balance mostly very long days, nights and weekends. If you are a manager you are expected to deal with a lot from above to do and hardly anyone to delegate tasks to whilst trying to upskill and train current team all in about 10 hours a week spare for training.
