Pros
Face paced with lots of moving parts. Great food and lots of training tools. Good support from finance, HR, and facilities.
Cons
Hard to find and keep managers. Training for new managers is 6-8 weeks long but does not get them ready for the real world. Managers are expected to be up to speed in a short period of time before the pressure starts
