Pros
Free food, decent pay if you get a rise, some of the team are good to work with. If you want to progress they will make it easy for you with guidance etc, although you will have to work even harder.
Cons
Hard work, unfair allocation of work, other members of team can be rude. Have to do some gross cleaning which you don't really get paid enough for, management think they are better than everyone else.
