Pros
Overall it's a good work environment, the people are really cool for the most part and they're willing to help when you're first starting out. The managers are mostly laid back and don't micromanage at all. They're pretty flexible about time off if you ask in advance, but obviously there are limits for certain days (around holidays, etc.). The pay is way better than most of the other jobs I looked at
Cons
The biggest downside is the turnover. A lot of people in my department have quit or transferred, meaning other people get stuck with their unfinished work. It's frustrating to have to take responsibility for someone else's work, especially if they didn't do their job properly in the beginning.
