Too many people been there too long and don't know what good looks like Never do anything well - projects are run poorly by people who are inexperienced or certified, Risks are not managed well and those who call out issues are viewed as troublemakers. Management don't like hearing negatives. Lack of accountability with big egos. A dog-eat-dog culture with everyone in it for themselves and striving to get to that next level title that means nothing in the real world. Salary was really low compared to their competitors and other industries.
