The work environment can become extremely stressful due to a lack of support poor communication and unrealistic expectations. Employees are regularly asked to do more without corresponding recognition or compensation. The culture is affected by negativity and gossip which makes it difficult to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. Certain behaviours and internal dynamics negatively impacted the overall team atmosphere.

Compensation package is not on par with the workload. Most people are drowning with the workload. Employees in KL office have no flexibility and have a clock-in / clock-out system that other offices do not have. KL office is very clique-y and has a toxic atmosphere There is no career growth here. Only take the job if you’re desperate.
