Pros
The people are really welcoming and helpful. The company offers great perks such as coffee, tea and hosts many company bonding events designed to get you to meet people from other departments. A lot of the training is recorded which is especially helpful considering the steep learning curve involved. The company is flexible and allows people to work how they like, when they like. For an entry level job you get to do a lot of hands on work and your managers really want you to contribute to projects early on. Great learning environment!
Cons
Very big organization and lot of approval is required from different areas which can at times, slow down projects. It wasn't a big deal for me, my manager always took care of approvals whenever we got stuck. People are willing to teach you and let you make your own mistakes and learn from them which I really appreciated.
