Pros
If you want to work at a company where there are no limits to what you want to do, SAP is the right place. Switching teams, shadowing experts, mentorship gives you a lot of opportunities to grow. I left SAP in search for a better opportunity, I thought grass is going to be greener on the other side. But now am coming back after applying at SAP for 53 times(joining SAP isn't easy). Am very excited to be back.
Cons
Some teams are slow and doesn't give you enough room to grow. You need to be smart and understand when you need to get an internal transfer.
