      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and experiment new technologies. Walking around you'll meet awesome people with great ideas. Salary is also above the average and training is also provided as required.

      Cons

      Political nightmare and hierarchical structure means almost nothing gets delivered when it does it's overpriced and over-engineered. Senior management only worried next bonus and the culture is toxic. Big Boys Club for all the relevant positions meaning is all about who you know and not how good you are.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
