      Pros

      Amazing people, great products, talented across the board with a work ethic that truly drives the company forwards. Can-do rather than won't-do.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic focus in international - leadership used to be inspirational and now it's aspirational at best, deluded at worst. Lack of customer focus. Lost a lot of talent through restructure / reorg and naturally through attrition as the business has changed. Hopefully the new strategy will breathe new life into the international value proposition.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
