      Dramatic shift in culture in international unit. Strong pull-back to domestic Australia. Management actively does not want feedback, rules by spreadsheet.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
