      Better pay than door dash and has consistent opportunities to make more by bonuses

      Cons

      So much of it is ran by ai that you can't get a human to explain anything to, nor can you get any help when the system erroneously deactivates you for absolutely no reason! I am so sick of ai controlling all these companies and treating people that bust their butt for them like absolute garbage. We may as well just be pigs for the slaughter because that’s how they treat us.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
