Hi - thanks for your feedback and review. Working with smart and dedicated coworkers is a huge pro to working at Uber. Regarding your point on leadership not valuing employees or drivers and people not being a part of our values - I respectfully disagree. People are weaved into all of our values, whether it's letting builders build, celebrating cities, or any of the others, people are a vital component to each of them.
