9yThanks for taking the time to write up this review, I see you've moved on to a new chapter but I appreciate your feedback.
It seems like a lot of what you call out is a product of our growth; as we scale up, there are have been improvements made in the programs and processes you call out as well as lots more coming soon. One example is the rollout of the Uber Manager Experience (UME), a new 7-part training series for managers. Additionally, we wrapped up our latest Culture Survey a few weeks ago and there have been strong, actionable plans that have come from all of the input, so I think we're making progress there as well.
