3 month training period which allows for an initial 2 weeks of shadowing followed by hands on experience. 1st day I was given a brand new Mac work laptop with wireless keyboard, mouse, ipad! Tons of resources to aid you while working with the Uber Driver Partners with their issues. Face to Face customer service (no phone interactions). Security on shift. Free lunch daily with a kitchen full of snacks and drinks. Comfortable work station with office chairs. Given a monthly credit for Uber rides and delivery. Schedule is 4 days on 3 days off.
