Cons
Overly beaurocratic, even if superficially pretending to be casual. Said to still posses the startup culture - utter BS Promo process so heavy and beaurocratic that it's easier to quit and come back re-evaluated Not a place for loners, introverts and quiet people. So much insistent on constant communication, documentation, meetings, syncing, retrospectives, 1:1s, all-hands, RFC reviewing, to the point where it's hard to just sit in peace and do some actual coding.
