      Nothing, only thing good is the cash out option

      Cons

      Hours and hours or sitting in line to get 2-4 jobs a day. Minimum wage is like -10p per hour . Just realised that the rider app no longer shows you how many hours you online. Instead they just show how long it took to complete the 2-3 jobs. Very sly I quit and I also recommend the public to use deliveroo

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
