Cons
- Difficulty to take actions against abusive managers - Some managers do not adhere to Uber's motto - Some managers are too immatures to handle a team and/or have the position just for the pay/social status it gives them - Even if they do pay well, salary could have been slightly higher to compete with other companies paying more - Lack of diversity and inclusion (nationality or race or orientation...) - Recruiting mainly portuguese or half-portuguese for certain positions
