Pros
The benefits package is one of the best in the market. They offer gym memberships, wellness programs, meal vouchers, a savings fund, and a competitive salary (not the highest, but the benefits definitely make up for it — except for commissions, which are not as competitive). The office is by far the best I've ever worked in — it has a cafeteria, plenty of snacks, and overall an incredible work environment.
Cons
You’re treated like just a number. People are let go suddenly, without warning, coaching, or any kind of performance improvement plan — something that’s standard in most companies. You're expected to hit numbers without being given the tools, support, or clear action plans to get there. Management lacks transparency, professionalism, and ethical behavior, which only becomes truly clear once you’re out. I had never felt so disposable in a workplace before.
