Pros
Not micro managed Benefits & time off
Cons
Seriously feels like you are on an island. Extremely difficult to get any help from your team. There are tools to get assistance but the feedback you get you just feel like another customer to your "team"...80% of the time the feedback you get is a bit "snarky" when ultimately you are just trying to learn from each case you get day to day. The majority of the people here do not know each other (makes sense being at a big company) but because of this there is no relationship with your co-workers. The best way to put it is - it just feels like you are alone in space and your left to fend for yourself as you work with customers from around the country. You will have to handle your cases with customers no matter how difficult or over your head they may be, once that case is assigned to you, it is yours to solve no matter what. Yes you have a manager but even reaching out to them in difficult situations you don't get any real helpful support, just generic responses along the lines of, you can do this I know you can, just keep up the good work you'll find the answer or did you ask so and so? Extremely difficult to get to know your co workers and build a friendship with them as everyone is just "someone over slack" and everyone is extremely busy... which again makes it very difficult to get assistance. It is really unfortunate because I was really looking forward to working here.
