Not getting enough chance to what one is capable of doing , you will take years to be senior enough to develop something actually meaningful , but they do give you false hopes.
Some annoying people still doing micro management thinking it will prove them senior without actually working hard.
Huge difference between your performance and your appraisals. and that will eventually lead anyone to a thought that what am I getting after putting so much of efforts if I am getting same response as 'I don't care' attitude person in company !
