Pros

Yardi is a fast growing organization. This could be good and bad. Overall, Yardi handles it pretty well. Products are great! The adoption rate is extremely high as Yardi has proven themselves as leader in the industry. Every day is different!

Cons

Compensation could be a little better. With all the travel required and time away from families, it would be nice to compensated for it. Commission structure needs improvement, but I believe Yardi is trying to find a way to make it work for everyone. Bandwidth is a huge problem. Because Yardi is so well respected, the sales are high! The problem is the roll out. This can take an extremely long and painful time to the client. The unfortunate part, the sales person is the front line.

Our Sales team is a key point of our success and we appreciate your feedback. There were some changes this year within Sales and we are always working to provide our employees and clients with superior products and outstanding customer service. We encourage you to reach out to your direct manager to discuss your concerns with roll out. All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, and other great perks like vacation condos, tuition reimbursement, and discounts at local spots. We appreciate everything you do in Sales. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Pros

“Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
