Lots of turnover in the offices, unsure if it from bad fits for positions or issues with specific management difficult to tell which was the case
No work from home policy but as others have stated in reviews consideration seems to be given to certain managers and continues to favor some managers by the actions taken.
Others have tried to talk with the local HR and seem to get shut down immediately when working to proactively find a solution to fix a problem
The original position I had required attention to detailed to be a top priority and from other employments learned a great amount for this. The longer I was there, things change to be much more demanding and be challenged to be perfect all the time with no mistakes. Very difficult to do and that department is more interested in quantity. When that changed the tone in the office changed to extremely bad, everyone in the office seemed to have ear buds so they can focus on hitting numbers and no talking/fun/team collaboration with others basically happened. Tough department to work for but transferring was easy and very well communicated for the entire process.
