Due to the short amount of time you were employed with the company, it is possible that your subject matter knowledge wasn’t as far along as needed for a promotion, but we strongly believe in promoting from within. In addition, we continuously offer training for those in leadership roles so that our managers have the softer skills and subject matter knowledge needed to successfully communicate with and coach each employee.
