Extremely disorganized onboarding, training only useful if completed by corporate team, a lot of micro management, expected to log every thing you do -sending an email requires you to log at least five minutes and to paste said email into time keeping system. There isn't much room for growth unless you have 3-5 years to invest first. You are expected to lean heavily on an outdated library of information to complete work you were not properly trained to do. You will need to fend for yourself post training and you will not be set up to succeed due to having virtually no caseload...because you're new. You are still expected to reach monthly numbers regardless. Due to WFH, culture is diminished- though colleagues are nice, don't expect to make friends or hang out buddies.
