There's now a 1 day mandatory office requirement for all team members, with team leads and managers being asked to come in 2 days per week.
The company moves people around quite a bit. In the last year, I reported to 6 different individuals across 4 different teams. They aren't back-filling roles when they place someone on a consulting practices team. Upper management will play musical chairs, then change the expectations and targets for employees.
