Training is 3 months long and a LOT of information going over stuff that really doesn't pertain to your job. So, once training is complete you're thrown into the case management system which was covered in about 20 minutes of the training and forced to figure it out.
All of your time is monitored, and you almost always have to ask for help from team mates in order to come up with a solution. This means there is a lot of down time waiting for people to be available, and nothing to do to fill the void but watch training videos.
Promotions seem to come few and far between. There were people that had worked on my team for 3 years and were just being promoted from Technical Account Manager to Senior Technical Account Manager. Which, if you think about it, makes sense because I worked there for a year and had no idea what I was doing.
