Thank you for this review!
As you know (because you have worked here for a few years), we try to keep our product teams as small as possible and run them as semi-autonomous units. Almost like individual startups. They each have their own product queues, their own Devs, designer(s), test(ers), PMs, etc, and they are responsible for their own feature prioritizations. This makes things much more nimble, and also makes it a more interesting place to work on Product than most other companies. It's all about trying to keep Zillow agile despite growing our company size signficantly.
