      Great Company with a weak Strategy

      Wonderful colleagues, empowering leadership and opportuntiy to do great work

      No autonomy from system / tools, as they are majorly owned by their biggest shareholder. So 60% of the time strategising how to get through the shareholder, rather than bringing actual benefit to the business.
