For 13 incredible years, IGA has proudly partnered with Vinnies to support Australians in need, providing essential assistance with bills, rent, food, and other basic expenses—especially during challenging times like the current cost-of-living crisis. This year, Metcash team members went above for the cause, donating gifts, decorations, and food items while volunteering their time at the Vinnies Support Centre in Redfern. Together they: 🎁 Sorted and packed festive hampers 🎄 Decorated the centre to spread holiday cheer 🤝 Assisted locals in choosing meaningful gifts for their loved ones Through the combined efforts of our IGA Community Chest products and the Vinnies Christmas Appeal tokens, we’ve helped raise over $5.3 million to support communities during the festive season and in the wake of natural disasters. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this great cause!
