The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) has named REA Group the #1 Top Graduate Employer for 2026 in the small program category. This recognition is based on independent analysis of graduate programs across more than 450 employers in Australia, alongside detailed feedback from graduates themselves. This tells us that grads are not only choosing REA, but they’re also having an experience they’d actively recommend to others. Our graduate and early careers programs have been growing for more than a decade. Across our expanding pathways we’ve seen: 🔸 Strong long-term retention, with many grads progressing into senior specialist and leadership roles. 🔸 High engagement and program satisfaction, including multiple years of 100% engagement scores in our Entry to REA cohorts. 🔸 A growing community of alumni who continue to shape REA as engineers, product managers, analysts, marketers, finance leaders and more. Most importantly, this is a people story. A big thank you to the mentors, people leaders, the hundreds of teams who’ve taught and worked alongside our grads and to our ever-growing grad family. Being named the #1 Top Graduate Employer is recognition that REA is a leading tech company to grow your career with – a place where people at all stages can learn fast, have impact and build long-term futures. Find out for yourself – tech grad program applications will open March 16th. Sign up to join our Talent Neighbourhood today.

REA Group's CEO Owen Wilson is pleased to share we have been named one of Australia's Best Workplaces 2025 by Great Place To Work® Australia. We've secured third place in the large company category, marking four occasions in recent years where REA has been recognised among Australia's best workplaces. We remain the highest ranked ASX-listed business on the list. Owen commented: “Finding ourselves in the top 5 over multiple years doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of intentional culture building and the exceptional people at REA who genuinely care about what we do and how we do it. "This is our highest ever placing and this recognition is particularly meaningful as it comes directly from our team members. When your own people consistently rate you among Australia's best employers, you know you're creating something special that attracts the best talent and drives performance."

To kick-off our NAIDOC Week celebrations, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve partnered with Evolve Communities to build the cultural competency of our people with their ‘7 Steps to Reconciliation and Allyship’ Course and Ally Accreditation Program. Evolve Communities, a majority Indigenous owned and Supply Nation certified business, is led by Aboriginal Elder and author, Aunty Munya Andrews and award-winning learning designer and Churchill Fellow Carla Rogers, who is non-Indigenous. The seven steps course is available to all REA employees, and three of our people will have the opportunity to be part of the Ally Accreditation Program commencing in August. This training is just one way we’re ‘Keeping the Fire Burning’ at REA, and helps us deliver on the actions outlined in our Reconciliation Action Plan.

Here at REA Group, we've been taking part in Black Dog Institute's 'One Foot Forward' initiative, in solidarity for the 1 in 5 Australians who experience a mental illness each year. Being involved in this charity initiative helps fund crucial mental health research and support services. In our Because We Care program, our people can support causes they are passionate about through volunteering, matched payroll giving, employee community grants and fundraising.
