Cons
- incredibly toxic work culture that permeates from the top down
- senior managers who go behind your back and throw you under the bus with partners to disguise their own incompetence
- if you’re in audit, they will sell you the opportunity to do rotations in other groups, but in reality the highly sought after advisory roles are extremely competitive and managers have no problem clawing you back on their audit files during your rotation
- there have been at least four emergency meetings over the past six months to discuss retention and ways to improve the culture, with no real or concrete pathway for achieving this - this speaks to how toxic the culture is and perhaps an overhaul of the manager group is warranted
