The interview consisted of a new-hire social event followed up a round table interview with 3 Vice Presidents from different departments. I was asked about my relevant experience, education and desired career path. Subsequently, I was asked to attend a second interview with some department heads and was asked about certain work place scenarios that mostly related to how I would handle non-technical situations.
