Interview
The hiring process starts with a Pymetrics evaluation. After this evaluation, you are required to do an online interview. If you pass these two you are invited to the "INTERN CHALLENGE". This challenge is a group assessment in which you are required to solve a business problem with a group and then present your solution.

Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
