I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2020
Interview
Quite long-winded, lots of questionnaires and tasks required before you meet an actual person. I went through the process with a recruiter so I think that that definitely smoothed things out for me, but if you don't have one don't get too worried if there are long gaps between each stage of the interview process.
pretty good, last for one hour
Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
