I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in July 2015
Interview
First, you have to undergo some basic tests on English and programming/logic. The exam was quite easy.
Then an interview with the HR. The interview is also easy if you prepare and research the company beforehand. Just the typical HR questions, no weird or trick questions.
This is followed by the final assessment, offer and contract signing.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
