An Aptitude test, which was quite easy, then Technical Interview in batches of 5. Questions are mainly resume based and they sometimes ask puzzles,depends on the interviewer though. I was asked...Why do you want to join Accenture? Do you have offers from other companies too? Tell me about your hobbies?

About C.V, how computer works, tell me some latest techs.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
