A first interview with the recruiter who went through my CV with some initial questions on my experiences. Next was an interview with the Partner who was trying to understand my experiences, as well as capabilities. The next two interviews included the case Interview with one of market sizing, another on a business case. It was run by different managers who were super nice, but very tough on pushing me through the case interview with questions or posing more uncertainty through the process of solving the question.

Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
