I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Apr 2020
Interview
Questions are basic and are the usual applicant interview questions. No technical interview for fresh grads. Not much follow-up/probing questions so I doubt they are really focusing on each applicant. They do mass hiring so they are used to making the process as fast as possible.

Question 1
How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
Tell me anything about yourself
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
