Interview
The interview process was online test followed by telephonic interview, the don't communicate the result and keep your profile on hold for months. You have to keep following up with the HR but no proper response.
Video interviews with 3-4 people, beginning with an initial phone screen, and then meeting with managers, senior managers, partners. No real technical questions were asked. It was really more of a vibe test.

Interview
The process consisted of an initial screening after applying online. I then had a call with a Senior Manager and a Partner on the team that I applied for. Both were really friendly and nice to talk to. I ultimately did not take the position but the recruiter from Deloitte was very understanding and actually excited for me about the role I decided to accept instead of Deloitte's.

Mainly discussed my experience dealing with the type of clients that their team dealt with, as well as questions and discussions regarding software and technologies.

Interview
I applied through an internal referral. I was contacted by the recruiter 2 weeks after submission, followed by 4 interviews with the hiring team. The whole process took around a month. The recruiter was very nice and responsive. Everything went smoothly. Got my offer a week after the last interview.
