Interview
3 rounds. One with a senior consultant, another with a senior manager, and the last with a partner (fit interview). No case interview. All behavioral. On top of that, the partner interview was extremely chill. I still keep in touch with that partner to this date.

Groepsinterview: kleine case oplossen in groep op HQ van deloitte in zaventem.
Technisch interview: je krijgt standaard vragen over dcf bvb. Maar vooral motivatie dat getest wordt. Waarom deloitte, waarom m&a, waarom ons team specifiek. Als dat goed gaat is er nog HR gesprek en dat is het.
Un colloquio online e uno in presenza, entrambi poco tecnici e strutturati molto male, il colloquio in presenza è piacevole, ma non all’altezza delle banche d’affari, è una consulting firm, quindi potrebbe anche essere normale
