About the role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Store Manager to lead their Charlestown location. This is a fast-paced leadership role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving strong commercial results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance and deliver on financial and customer service KPIs
• Create a customer-focused culture and engaging in-store experience
• Manage rosters, wage budgets and store operations effectively
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure collections are presented cohesively and on-brand
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Communicate and collaborate closely with head office
• Ensure operational excellence across stock management and store standards

About you:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion retail or a similar fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales and service KPIs
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for team development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Creative visual merchandising experience
• Customer-obsessed with a natural enthusiasm for service
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy retail environment
