I have been working at Optus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    * Career progression - I started in a part-time role at Optus while completing my university studies and was able to progress into a full-time role shortly after finishing my degree. There's lots of networking, growth and learning opportunities within the business. At lot of employees have been here for 10+ years, working their way up from the call centre, to becoming managers.
    * Perks - the Mac Park campus has heaps of great food outlets, plus onsite services like a gym, doctor, physio and psychologist. As well as buses from the city and Epping Station - they make it very easy to work there.
    * Events - the Employee Experience team host a number of great events on campus like live music, gardening workshops and market stalls. Plus, the Christmas parties are always huge.

    Cons

Fast paced nature of a telco environment + being such a large company means sometimes communication between different areas of the business breaks down.
There also seems to be some overlapping between roles.

    Advice to Management

Need more female leaders represented in the ELT
