Visy Intermodal is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our RIFL Terminal.
About the Role
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, in this highly operational role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service across all customer interactions and intermodal freight activities. You’ll manage documentation, coordinate bookings, and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure all freight movements are executed accurately and efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and embedding a customer-first mindset across the operation.
