    Decent management

    Cons

    Terrible snobby staff especially at makeup counters who are unwilling to help if it doesn’t benefit their KPIs
    Older staff members are unwilling to help newer staff
    Little to no training
    Terrible rostering
    Bring thrown into other departments without proper training and customers expect you to know everything about a department that you weren’t hired for

    Advice to Management

    Online training is not enough. Train your staff on the floor and ensure they know what their job title entails. Ensure your staff work as a team.
