Shad Group is an Australian business providing rideshare rental and Rent-to-Own vehicle solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position within a fast-growing and dynamic company. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key elements of this role include but are not limited to: -

• Answering and directing phone calls from customers
• Greet visitors and answer their queries and provide information.
• Explain Rent-to-Own plans clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers with documentation and contract signing and taking pictures of vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and customer onboarding
• Manage basic admin tasks and update internal systems.
• Match customers with suitable vehicles based on budget and needs.
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails and preparing documents.
• Maintain professional communication at all times

Provide ad hoc duties where necessary.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven 1 year experience in office administration and customer service role.
• Experience in Car Rentals would be preferred.
• Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office (excel and word)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent data management & time management skills
