We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance Coordinator (0.8 FTE) to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Compliance Manager, the Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting BET's compliance framework, quality management systems, incident management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality service delivery within the disability sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance activities in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct.
- Manage incident reporting processes, investigations, and regulatory notifications.
- Maintain and monitor organisational Risk Registers and risk management systems.
- Assist with internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of BET's Quality Management System.
- Monitor compliance trends and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with participant risk assessments, support plan reviews, and safeguarding processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and quality service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in Disability, Health, Community Services, Quality, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk management, auditing, or governance.
- Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, Practice Standards, and Quality Indicators.
- Experience coordinating incidents, investigations, and reportable incidents.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Willingness to travel between BET locations when required.
